Highlights of the tour
In this 6-day, 5-night trip, you explore Beijing as an ancient capital as well
as a modern metropolis. You will visit the Temple of Heaven, the place where
you establish connections to the ultimate power of the universe and seek
good harvest. You will also set foot on the Forbidden City,
the place where the royal family once lived,
and the Great Wall of China.
This trip carefully blends the old and new. You will visit the Beijing Planning Exhibition Hall to feel the pulse of Beijing's past, present and future, visit the new landmark of modern Bejing, National Center of Performing Arts, designed by French architect Paul Andreuand. You will also get a first hand experience on how modern Beijingers live in the old Hutong (narrow streets).
