On August 30, the observation deck of the Shanghai Global Financial Center formally opens to the public. The deck is 474m (about 1600 feet) high, the world's highest.
The amazing thing is that the floor of the observation deck is made of glass -- you need to have some courage to walk on it. Go an experience it while in Shanghai.
