Our daughter from China,traveled on an IR4 VISA to the US. Her adoption is not considered final by the US, so I am told she cannot have a US passport, but can travel on her Chinese passport back to China with us. She has a permanent resident card, China adoption decree, Social Security #, and China adoption paperwork with Chinese passport. Can she use a Chinese passport and get a VISA for travel without having trouble getting her back into the US.
